1.          I would like to attend the Youth Conference, where can I register?

All interested Youth are lovingly encouraged to pre-register for the Youth Conferences first.  To pre-register please fill the form online here: http://youthconf2013.blogspot.com/2013/05/pre-registration-forms.html

2.          Why should I pre-register?

By pre-registering early, you’ll be among the first group of youth who will receive the registration forms once it becomes available. You will also have higher chances of securing your choice of accommodation. 

3.          During Pre-registration and Registration, what address and cluster should I write on the form?

Since the focus of the Youth Conferences is on the community building efforts within their respective regions, it is advisable that you write the address and cluster in which you currently reside. This is not necessarily your hometown address. 

4.          Can I attend a different Youth Conference instead of the one in my own region?

Friends are encouraged to attend a conference within the region where they reside, as these conferences will have elements specific to their own region. However if you intend to move permanently and reside in another region eventually, you may attend the youth conference in that region instead. 5.          Can I attend the Youth Conference only for one or two days instead of the full three days?

Every youth is encouraged to attend the conferences for the whole three days.

6.         Can I have a letter from Spiritual Assembly to help me apply for leave in order to attend the Youth Conference?

A letter can be issued on behalf of Spiritual Assembly. Please contact youthconf2013@gmail.com via email for the issuance of the letter. 

7.          I would like to volunteer to help with the Youth Conference Secretariat, how can I help?

As we draw closer to the date of the conferences, there is expected to be an increased need for volunteers to help the Youth Conference Secretariat. If you are interested please contact the Secretariat via youthconf2013@gmail.com

8.         I am an adult above the age of participation for the Youth Conferences; can I partake in the blessings of the Youth Conference by volunteering during the conferences?

It is expected that during the conferences there will be some limited volunteer work that friends can take part in. In such cases please contact the Task Force in your respective regions. Their contact details are as follow:

9.         How do I apply for sponsorship?

In order to apply for sponsorship, you may approach your respective Local Spiritual Assemblies. Since this is a partial sponsorship, you should indicate the level of sponsorship you seek.
